Lorraine Kennedy
Lorraine Kennedy formed Support Plus in 1990 to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses in accounting, finance and marketing, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Her understanding of the wants and needs of entrepreneurs has helped scores of clients become more financially fit and independent.
Lorraine began her career in the financial sector at GE Capital. Then she worked with a variety of small and medium sized companies as well as GTE (now Verizon).
A Norwalk native, she attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield and received a B.S. in Business and an M.A.T. in Business Education. She has taken CEU classes in "DOL Overtime Rules and Other Employment Traps to Avoid," "Managing Human Resources Issues" and "401(k) A Retirement Plan Option."
Lorraine is involved in the Westport community which she has called home since 1993. She served on the board of the China Care Foundation and the Westport/Weston YMCA Water Rats Swim Team, and is currently on the Board of the Connecticut Braille Association, and is a USA Certified Swim Referee. Lorraine is also a Notary Public.
In 2014 the Girl Scouts of Connecticut awarded Lorraine the National Volunteer of Excellence Award. She has also been active with the Westport Soccer Association, Family & Children’s Agency, the Staples Music Parents Association, the Minute Man Yacht Club, PTAs, and numerous other organizations.

Lori Marrone
Lori Tiani-Marrone joined Support Plus in 2014 and brings extensive entrepreneurial business experience with her. In 2000, Lori founded The Gingerbread House of Milford, a successful day care business her stepdaughter continues to run. For over 11 years, she also owned and managed multiple locations for two franchises, The Little Gym and Snip-its. These experiences give Lori a unique perspective and empathy for small business clients, as well as knowledge of the daily record keeping functions a successful small business needs.
Before owning her own businesses, Lori worked in the corporate office of Dress Barn in Stamford, and for UST of Greenwich. Her responsibilities included recruiting, benefits administration, human resources and employee relations.
Lori earned her BS in Human Development and Family Studies with a Minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She has taken CEU classes in "DOL Overtime Rules and Other Employment Traps to Avoid," "Managing Human Resources Issues" and "401(k) A Retirement Plan Option."
A lifetime Connecticut resident, Lori’s hometown is Stamford. She lives in Milford with her husband and two daughters. She is also a Zumba enthusiast.

Toby Marrow
With more than 25 years of financial experience, Toby Marrow has been an integral part of Support Plus since joining us in 2015.
Toby has been an assistant controller for C.L. Glazer in Greenwich, CT and Meeker Associates in Larchmont, NY. She also was bookkeeper and comptroller for a number of synagogues in Westchester County, NY for 10 years.
Toby has been active in many community organizations in Rye Brook, NY including the Ridge Street PTA. She also served as a Rye Brook Village Trustee and was the two-term president of her homeowner’s consortium.
Toby and her husband have two children. She is an avid walker and enjoys reading and playing Mahjong.

After college, JoAnn worked for Jefferies & Co. in equity sales, Bear Stearns in retail brokerage, and for J.P. Morgan, where she was responsible for financial reporting.
JoAnn joined Support Plus in 2016. In addition to her experience at top-tier financial firms, she offers clients her skills of organization and attention to detail, as well as her talent for working with numbers.
JoAnn and her husband have a teenage daughter and live in Weston, CT, where she volunteers for the Skyliners Synchronized Skating Team. Other members of JoAnn’s family include a dog and a guinea pig.

Sarah Bollman
Sarah joined Support Plus in 2018, where she brings bookkeeping and office management experience across several industries.
Sarah’s early corporate career was as a product manager, handling logistics and licensing for Ethan Allen and The Ralph Lauren Home. She spent 11 years in New York City as the office manager for St. Charles of New York, where she was the liaison between clients, installers and the design team.
With the arrival of two children, Sarah worked in Connecticut, in the recruiting and real estate fields. She joined CT Farm Fresh Express and assisted the owner in all facets of the business for over 7 years: marketing, purveying, website development and bookkeeping.
Her local involvement in the swimming community connected her to the positions she enjoys today: sales and marketing for a software/technology company, Beyond Lucid Technologies and support services for Support Plus.
In her rare spare time, Sarah works as a swimming official—traveling to national swim meets and officiating for local clubs, high schools, college meets and the Special Olympics. She is also a member of a semi-professional choir, enjoys running and kettlebells, and volunteers for a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) distribution site.

After taking a hiatus to raise her three active children, Amy Tiani reentered the workforce by joining Support Plus in 2017.
Amy began her career as a Front End Manager at Staples, where she was responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a busy store, supervising a large staff and handling daily bookkeeping. After that, Amy worked as an Executive Assistant at the City of White Plains Law Department, where she had to maintain a high level of confidentiality while making sure the office ran smoothly and efficiently. Most recently, Amy worked as a Billing Manager at Metro Business Systems.
Amy is very involved in her community, especially volunteering at the PTA, where she organizes and runs fundraising events. She lives in Trumbull with her husband, children and two dogs. In her spare time, Amy loves to cook and spend time with family and friends.

Martha Torres
Since 2001, Martha Torres has owned and managed one of the most successful Avon Products sales businesses in the northeast, capturing many awards.
Martha has devoted time to give back in two areas in her life that have been very important to her: she has trained and become an official with Connecticut Swimming and National Para-Swimming, as well as serving at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia, as a Eucharistic Minister.
Martha joined Support Plus in 2019.

She is adept at analyzing complex projects and growth opportunities, and then assisting clients with developing tactical solutions that improve competitive performance.
Jana earned her BA from CT Business Institute in 1996 and is a Notary Public.
Jana joined Support Plus in 2020 and is from Stratford.
